This guy is a specialist at what he does. My '04 silverado started scrolling languages. I sent my gauges in and added a transmission temp gauge while it was in there since he mentioned the truck was otherwise already equipped to read trans temp. He completely rebuilt all my stepper motors and addressed any concerns he saw for the rebuild price. And he included a lifetime warranty! Excellent service at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? Also thanks Todd for such a fast turnaround.

Can't remember if i ever put a review in for this company. I think it's been over 3 years since they repaired the cluster for my 2011 Impala. Still working great. With the extreme heat we have in Las Vegas, electronics fail regularly. Batteries too. Every 3 years. Especially on GM vehicles. I'm so happy and very impressed with this business. Many options for customization if you want to go that route also. Turn around is quick. If you want to pay for expedited shipping you can. Mine got back to me in about 8 days using ground shipping. I wasn't in any hurry. Anyways, thank you for the great repair. I've recommended this place to many family members and friends who live in Wisconsin and Minnesota. As well as people here in Nevada. 👍👍

I reached out to Todd on a Sunday and asked for a rapid response if possible for a few questions I had regarding my led bulb install for my 06 silverado cluster. Did a lot of research before deciding on GM Gauge (I'm a Sr Manager of Engineering so I'm a bit particular). Sent my cluster to Todd, got a call as soon as he got it, said he would have it out that afternoon! Got another call later in the day with bad news... I waited to long to get it repaired, to the point of the power supply burning up the printed circuit board. Definitly my fault... He boxed it back up to send me, directed me to where I could use it as a core for a remanufactured unit (obviously at a lot higher cost). He refunded all my money except return shipping fees. You can't beat that for service, communication or honesty. Definitly recommend him, and highly recommend you getting yours repaired sooner than later! Thanks Todd

Excellent service; the ups schedule posted on this site was accurate; ups tracking was easy; within 6 hours of receipt, they had the cluster rebuilt and shipping back; shipped from northern west virginia on monday, received back on friday; cluster is repaired and working (speedometer) normally; price was as quoted and seems fair; no surprises; I followed their website instructions and everything went as advertised; would recommend gm gauge repair.

Gm Gauge Repair.I sent in my cluster years ago, and Todd fixed it, and it was literally the next day I had it back on my doorstep. Worked great for several years, and I’m pretty sure the washboard road I live on caused it to quit working. I contacted Todd and there were no questions asked, he just said to send it back for warranty. I sent it out on a Monday at 10:30 A.M. and they got it about the same time on Tuesday. It was on my doorstep on Wednesday before noon good as new. I just want everyone to know that Todd does great work, he’s very reasonable on pricing, he gets your cluster back to you asap, and a pleasure to work with. Keep up the good work!Do not hesitate to experience the same quality work and overall experience I’ve had!

I was in town for the week and I needed my trailblazer cluster repaired. I was able to drop off my instrument cluster and it took him less than 30 minutes to get it fixed. I can't say enough about Todd and GM Gauge Repair. I went out with Covid on a Friday, I removed and shipped the cluster on Monday night, Todd had it rebuilt and shipped back to me the very next day! I got it put back in BEFORE I went back to work on Wednesday!! And it works perfect! I had a non working oil pressure gauge and an intermittent wacky speedometer on my 2003 Trailblazer. Dealer said $400 to fix. Hard no! Thanks for working hard for the working person Todd!!

Excellent! Just as advertised. My instrument cluster was delivered on a Thursday morning and a complete failure was reworked and completely fixed, along with new LED lights, and back out to me via UPS that same afternoon. I got it back fixed and cleaned up and reinstalled it in short order, and it’s better than new. I recommend GM Gauge Repair enthusiastically!!

My gauge was working intermittently . sometimes the speed would jump up and then down to 0, and the temp gauge wasn't work, and the tachometer was never working properly. I sent it to GM Gauge Repair and they fixed everything within 24 hr. I highly recommend this place for any issues with your gauges. They are the best.

Todd, did an outstanding job on my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 Truck. The work was done on time, looks better than new, and the entire process was super simple. I love it!!! My only issues is the rest of my interior electronics looks horrible next to Todd's awesome work.If you need work done on your cluster I would highly recommend Todd at GM Gauge Repair. I would also suggest getting the transmission gauged in stalled.

The instrument cluster was repaired and sent back to me the same day. All the gauges work perfectly and the plastic screen is better now than when I sent to them. The 18 years of fingerprints and scratches are gone.The Chevrolet dealer quoted $600 and a few weeks to repair it.

Driver information center was scrolling through languages, and oil pressure gauge quit on my 2004 tahoe. I live near Youngstown, Ohio and it took less than a week from the day I sent in my cluster til I got it back. Works better than new now. In one word, these guys are AWESOME! Since I am a little older and my vision isn't the best I was a little intimidated to take on changing small LED bulbs in instrument cluster but it was so simple with the included instructions. Since then I have tackled the steering wheel controls, climate controls, overhead controls and now I'm working on all the doors. I chose the blue color and at night it looks amazing! I called Todd on Tuesday 27 Oct 2020 for quote, and sent my 2004 GMC Sierra cluster on Wednesday.. On Friday the day it arrived in Wisconsin, I get an email from FEDEX on my return package. I was floored. I requested a full rebuild, new transmission gauge and upgrade to LED lighting. My cluster arrived today, Monday 02 November 2020. Unfortunately, I sent it out to get repaired while I recouperate from shoulder surgery, so I was not expecting it back so soon. So I can't install it until I'm out of my sling. However, upon opening the box, it looks brand new with no dust on the clear shield. Definately paid 3-4 times less from dealership quote, and quick turnaround time as well. I sent in an instrument panel from a 2004 Chevy Silverado that had a bad speedometer and oil pressure gauge. GM Gauge Repair quickly repaired the panel and shipped it back out the same day. What a great company. With so many competitors out there I was lucky to find Todd and GM Gauge Repair.My instrument cluster for my 2005 Sierra has a CEL issue and some of the lights were dim. I also wanted to add the transmission temp gauge. You can’t be their service and speed. I bought my Tahoe in Colorado and had to drive it home to Wisconsin and noticed that my gauges weren’t working very well. I looked them up and noticed that it was pretty much on my way home. So I stopped by, they pulled the gauge cluster out for me and they fixed it in no time and I was back on the road. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family that have GM trucks that have bad gauges.

Todd replaced the backlighting in my Avalanche instrument cluster with LEDs, added a transmission temp gauge, and generally refurbished everything. Not only did he do the work the very same day he received the cluster, he even got shipped it back that day too. From the time I mailed the cluster -- Alabama to Wisconsin -- to the time I got it back was a total of 7 days. I highly recommend GM Gauge Repair.

I was in need of repair for my Tahoe gauge cluster. I was experiencing parasitic power drain causing the battery to go dead every week and intermittent dead gauges while driving. Todd did a great job on my instrument cluster. Quick turnaround, like having a new "face" on my dash, know what gear I'm in now, everything bright again at night. Added the transmission gauge and have a new confidence when towing.

Very happy with the work done by Gm Gauge Repair, pretty much all my gauges stopped working and kept loosing power completely and dim lighting, super fast turn around time, I’m in NY so it took 3 days , i sent it out on Tuesday evening they received it on Friday Morning, by the afternoon i got an update from FedEx that it was in the process of being shipped, i then received my gauges on Wed late morning. I installed the cluster and all the gauges now work and i even upgraded to the Blue LEDs and they look awesome! I researched for some time looking for a reputable company to send my cluster out to. Came across GM Gague Repair and felt comfortable enough to send an expensive Cadillac Escalade cluster for a rebuild and LED conversion. Todd was easy to work with and gave his suggestions to different color LEDs and overlay combos. I sent the cluster out on a Monday morning and I received it back on Tuesday end of day. Granted I'm in the next state over but he did tell me he will send it back repaired on the same day he receives it. All lights including PRNDL display and guages work properly and are bright. Todd has earned my business and should yours as well.

My cluster had went out on my 03 silverado ss and i remember i saw GM gauge repair on youtube so i gave them a call i left a voice mail and they called me back explained the process to get them to repair it sent it out got it back within a couple days super easy and they called me when my cluster had got to there shop so they can double check on what i wanted done very professional services they will continue to get my business

My PRNDL display was not displaying at all. I tried many of the desoldering tricks that work for other people, but that didn't fix it. The dealer wanted $300 to fix it. I sent mine it to GM Gauge repair and they had it back to me in two days (including transit time). Now, all the gauges are bright and clear again and it cost me less than half what the dealer wanted.

My tach in my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 had stopped working. I had read a lot about the problems and knew it would just be time before other things started failing. I was a little hesitant to mail my cluster off but took the plunge. I mailed it out on a Friday. It got there Monday and by that afternoon it was on a Fedex truck heading back. I got it back Wednesday and put it back in. Was a little concerned when the check engine light would go off but when I drove it the light went off and never came back on. You guys did a great job, would give you more than 5 stars but that is all facebook will let me give.

My 2005 Silverado gear indicator light was dim to gone. Sent my cluster out Thurs., got it back Wed., and had the total rebuild plus LED lights installed. Works and looks great. Fantastic service, price and speed of repair and getting it back to you. I tracked my shipping and they fixed it and mailed it back same day as they said.

The service was excellent. The gauge cluster from our 05 Trailblazer had the speedometer and amp gauges no longer working. I brought it down today and he rebuilt the whole unit in less than 20 minutes. I installed it and everything is working great. I now have a very happy wife. My oil gauge and my battery gauge decided to stop working. My neighbor recommended these guys. I call them to explain the problem. Long story short I had them rebuild my entire instrument panel. The dealer wanted $532 installed. They wanted $150 for labor. GM Gauge charge $110. It took 10 mins to remove the cluster. These guys rock they rebuilt my instrument cluster and had it back to me in 48hrs.
Give them a try you won't be sorry.
